The IR product family is intelligence-ready and, thanks to designer Jörg Boner, ensures an elegant appearance with high-precision optics for safety and pleasant lighting accents. And the ewoECP coating ensures high weather resistance.

What sets IR apart

Intelligence Ready

IR was developed as an optimized pole-top and wall-mounted system with up to 3 lighting modules that can be aligned in 0° and 180°. All electrical components and smarts (nodexx, antenna and sensors) can be discreetly integrated into the housing to maintain the minimalist design. Zhaga or Nema sockets can be attached to the housing.

ewoLightLayers

It is possible to add factory-installed ewoLightLayers such as integrated RBL (backlight shield) and AGR (anti-glare protection).

Low copper, high resistance

Housing with low copper content ≤ 0.08% and the option of adding additional corrosion protection (ewoECP).

Shape of Light

The IR product family can be equipped with up to 3 lighting modules that can be aligned at 0° and 180°. It is compatible with a wide range of light distributions—the A–Series product range alone allows 1,799,866,966 lens combinations for unbeatable illumination. In addition, the light can be further adapted to any requirements using systems such as ewoLightTile and ewoLightLayers.

Intelligence of Light

Nodes and sensors can be installed invisibly in the housing of the IR luminaires, making them easy to connect to smart city systems. The high degree of control flexibility for up to three lighting units thanks to DALI T8 enables dynamic lighting scenes, automatic lighting settings and new types of circadian night lighting.

With the help of DALI, 1-10V and standalone programming, the pole-mounted luminaire can also be easily controlled, maximizing both safety and energy savings.

Designed by Jörg Boner

Swiss product designer Jörg Boner has created a rounded, elegant and versatile design for the IR product family, which is suitable for pole and wall mounting, with both single and double heads. By integrating the external pole connection into the luminaire head, material, costs and fittings can be saved. The back of the luminaire head facing the pole has a sculptural, angled shape.
